Shipping Policy.

We are able to post dahlia tubers and seeds to TAS, VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD and SA.

We are not able to post dahlia tubers and seeds to WA, NT and Internationally.

We are able to post tools and greeting cards Australia-wide.

Tuber orders are sent via Australia Post. We are not responsible for delivery times/delays/non delivery/handling by Australia Post. A tracking number will be available when your order has shipped.

Dahlia tuber orders will be shipped from early October depending on when the tubers start to wake up. We appreciate your patience as we get your tubers packed and sent as fast as we can.

POSTAGE CHARGES

Post and packing charges for the 2025/26 season are as follows:

1 - 3 tubers $19.00

4 - 6 tubers $24.50

7 - 14 tubers $30.00

15 or more tubers $39.00

Please note that we will refund the difference in postage costs if we are able to fit your tuber order into a smaller box (i.e. next shipping tier down).

COMBINED POSTAGE ON TUBER ORDERS

This season we are trialling combined postage on multiple tuber orders placed within a one week period (provided that your first order has not yet been fulfilled). If you would like to combine postage, please follow the process as follows:

When placing your subsequent order/s, please pop “Please combine postage” in the order notes at checkout so that we can flag your order. Please then email us as soon as you can with the subject line Combined Postage for (pop your name in here). Make sure to include the order numbers you wish to combine. We can only combine orders for the same person, shipping to the same address. Your email address must match the email address you use at checkout.

Once your order is packed, we will calculate the postage charges according to the tuber post and packing charges scale listed above. You will then be refunded the difference.

PICK UP FOR LOCAL ORDERS

We will be offering pick up for local orders, collection dates (October) to be advised. Please choose the pick up option when you check out. Please do not choose pick up if you are unable to collect your order. If the pick up option is chosen and you are not local or are local but unable to collect, you will be required to pay postage costs so that you may receive your order. Uncollected orders may be forfeited.

Card and seed only orders ship via Australia Post Regular Parcel Post for $8.95.
